Double-click a .docx file to see the Word preview inside your dashboard.

Edit Documents in Office Online
Modify content directly in the browser
To make changes, click the "Modify a copy" button at the top-right of the preview.

✅ Workflow: Edit → Save (auto-saved to OneDrive) → Download → Re-upload to Rediafile if needed.

Preview PDFs in Rediafile
PDFs use the built-in viewer with Google Drive integration
Click any .pdf to open the Rediafile preview panel.

When viewing a PDF via Google Drive preview, click "Open with" to choose your editor:

Save & Update the File
Keep your Rediafile library up to date
- Office Online: Changes auto-save to your Microsoft account. Download the final version.
- Google Docs: File → Download → choose format (PDF, DOCX, etc.).
- Back to Rediafile: Use the Upload button to replace the old file with your updated version.
⚠️ Important: Rediafile preview is read-only. You must download from the editor and re-upload to update the file in your dashboard.
